Mission Tuesday Night Series …

  • An LMMC Membership is required
  • Track / Sign-up opens @ 5pm – You may be able to come sooner, but the “car track” around the MX track may be in use, in which case you will need to wait until they are finished.  They usually finish around 4:30.
  • Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian at sign up.
  • Practise and race orders must change in order to make the most efficient use of the limited daylight and to maximize ride time.  Changes are triggered by the sign-ups in each class and the needs of the riders, such as shared bikes.  We will avoid back-to-back motos for a bike due to the time it takes to get a bike off the track and back into the starting gate.
  • We will make an effort to have the small bikes scheduled as early as possible in the program on school nights.
  • Riders signing up for more than one class may have motos scheduled with only a small break in between.   Those riders will have the opportunity to resign from a class once the race order is posted and receive a refund if the race order can not be easily adjusted.  (Note that fixing an issue for one rider may cause issues for other riders)

Weekend CMA Practice days …

  • CMA Membership OR Race license is required.    (No track memberships required)
  • A scheduled practice order is run.  Practice groups are based on skill level for the big bikes, and bike size for the small bikes.  This is so everyone can enjoy a safe and comfortable ride.
  • Sign-up opens @ 8:00
  • First Practice starts @ 9:00
  • Practice ends @ 3:00pm (or later)
  • “Family Practise” is scheduled and is FREE for riders who are not ready for the pace run by other riders.  There will be no jumping or fast riding, (as deemed by staff), permitted.  A parent, or any  experienced rider over the age of 30, may accompany the “New” rider for the purpose of support and encouragement only – Guidelines may vary slightly at each track, ask before signing up.
  • Quads are welcome for PRACTICE DAYS at Mission only. (Minimum of 4/class must attend)

Weekend CMA Race days …

  • CMA Race licence is required.  Proof will be required at signup.  (No track memberships required)
  • Minors will need to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver during sign-up.
  • Sign-up opens at 7:30am
  • Sign-up closes at 8:45am
  • Mandatory Riders Safety meeting will be held at 8:45am
  • Bikes will be “tech” inspected when they line up for practice.  The following are inspected – functioning brakes front and back / no broken or loose spokes / no excessively worn wheel bearings / no broken levers / no metal “wrap around” hand guards / no exposed handlebar ends, broken grips / no “stuck” foot pegs / approved helmet.  Check these things yourself before coming out to avoid problems.
  • Practice rounds start at 9:00am.   Each rider is entitled to “1 practice only” regardless of the number of classes they signed up for.  The intent of a practice on a race day is to introduce the track and its condition to the rider.  Riders with multiple bikes will need to choose which to ride, or split their allotted practice time between both bikes.
  • Racing order is posted during practice.  We go through the race order once before lunch and then start over again after lunch to provide each class 2 motos.
  • Qualifiers will start right after practice if required.
  • Racing starts immediately following practice (or qualifiers).
  • Depending on the number of Riders/Motos, the day can end anytime between 3:30pm and 6:30pm.
